Athlete information
Athletes must hit the qualifying DOTS done at any sanctioned competition between Jan 1st 2024 – Sept 21st 2025
Equipment will be a ZeroW Combo rack + Texas squat bar. Texas power bar for bench and Texas deadlift bar for deadlifts.

24hr weight in (or on the day upon request) 9-11am on Saturday 15th at the event location.

Spectator information
Event is at USW, Atrium in Cardiff city Centre. There is an NCP car park right opposite the venue.
The order of lifting will start with the open, elite and then pro.
Lift off will commence at 9am Sunday 16th November. Tickets are available to purchase at the entrance for £10
Livestream will be available on the official UKPU Youtube channel.
Yes, children are welcome to attend the event. The event is family-friendly, and spectators of all ages can enjoy the exciting atmosphere.
